A) Chef / Cook – Required No. – 1
We are currently seeking a full-time permanent cook to take responsibility for the Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Continental cuisines. Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepare and cook various Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Continental traditional sauces and foods including meat, poultry, eggs, dairy, fish, vegetables, nuts in accordance with Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Continental traditional style with excellent cooking ability.
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost, and monitor and order supplies.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipments.
- Clean kitchen and work area.
- Manage kitchen operations.
B) Waiter / Helper / Cleaner – Required No. – 3
- Education: Completion of Secondary School.
- Work experience: Experience as a cook preferably with experience in Nepali, Indian, Chinese, Continental Cuisines.
