Job Description

Cock must be know various type of  recipies, Under the direction of the management team consisting of the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef, the fundamental duties of the First Cook include responsibility for basic food preparation such as salads, sandwiches, MoMo to more complex tasks like roasting and banquet preparations. and national, international, chinese, continatal foods too.swadist sandar is the famous for Momo o it requred very skill full cook here.

Duty and Responsibility

  • Coock  must be present on every day morning to evening 
  • coock must know menten the kitchen 
  • Prepares and cooks a variety of  national, international, chinese, continatal and simple foodstuffs.
  •  Operates standard cooking equipment such as mixers, steamers, toasters, choppers, fryers, ovens and stoves.
  •  Participates in kitchen cleaning work, such as washing and cleaning equipment.
