Job Description

  • Be actively involved in recruitment, which involves developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Create and implement effective orientation programs
  • Create and distribute guidelines and documents about company policies
  • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, merit increases; attendance and leave management
  • Develop training and development program as per the need analysis.
  • Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field. (Masters preferred)
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
  • A high level of confidentiality
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
