Job Description
  • Determining  coordination with all department and other related resources requirements of the company and developing and submitting plans and programs for necessary approval
  • Assigning tasks to employees in each department.
  • Executing plans and programs after obtaining necessary approval
  • Ensuring the record keeping of approved posts and posting and making arrangements for fulfilling vacant posts through internal promotion or new recruitment
  • Ensuring the record keeping of attendance, overtime, leave, service period and other personal information of all staff
  • Maintaining harmonious relations among the staff of the department and inter- departmental staff
  • Handling problems, complaints and grievances of the staff of the department and undertaking necessary action to solve them

Other Specification

  • Graduation / BBA with HRM preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience as HR Manager
  • Human resource development & counselling
  • Previous experience in human resources function mainly handling of HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development in a reputed organization.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade others on sensitive and competing issues
  • Good knowledge of office software
