  1. Handle all incoming calls and caller’s inquiries whenever possible
  2. Receive appropriate and adequate information and re-direct calls/message to the concern person or department
  3. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories with appropriate instructions
  4. Security maintenance by following official procedures, monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges
  5. Keep safe and clean reception area by complying with official procedures, rules, and regulations
  6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  7. Other related works assigned as per the requirement
